Custom teaching structure, built into WordPress

Structured Maths Approach teach maths in a specific, structured way, and that structure is the whole point of the business. A generic template site would have flattened it into the same pages every other education site has. They needed the site to work the way they actually teach, not the way a page builder assumes everyone does.

What we did

We built the structure into WordPress itself using custom fields, so the site is shaped around their method rather than forced into an off-the-shelf layout. Just as importantly, the team manage and update it themselves from the editor, no developer in the loop for day-to-day changes. The custom parts do the heavy lifting; the everyday running stays in their hands.

The result

A site that reflects how they actually teach, that they own and can grow, without paying for a developer every time they want to change something.

What to take from it

WordPress with custom fields does far more than a page builder, and the difference matters most when your business has a real method or system behind it. You do not have to bend your business to fit a template. The site can be built around how you actually work, and still be something your own team runs day to day.
