What we did

Where they started

The original Australian-designed bike storage rack, sold in 40+ countries through three regional Shopify storefronts, Australia, North America, and Europe. The complexity wasn’t the product, it was the distribution: three stores that had to stay in lockstep on catalogue, pricing, and content, while each carrying region-specific compliance, languages, and shipping logic.

How we worked together

An ongoing retainer covering the full multi-region surface area. AU + NA + EU storefront architecture and day-to-day engineering across all three themes. DE and FR localisation with native translations across the theme, app stack, and policies. Geo-redirect with a consent-based interaction-blocking banner. EU compliance, Pandectes CMP configured to the strict end of the spectrum, plus the new EU withdrawal-button requirements. Winning CRO experiments hardcoded into the themes so test results become permanent site code, integration work across Klaviyo and fulfilment, and continuous performance and conversion work driven by per-region monitoring that surfaces regressions before they show up in revenue.

What changed

Three stores that operate as one product, three brands, three jurisdictions. New regional rollouts ship to predictable timelines instead of becoming the next quarter’s compliance project.

Notes from this work

The grid that broke on one store and nowhere else. A landing page that can't break the rest of the store. The bundle app vanished, so we built bundling into the store. Getting your product data into an app's cart drawer. When a test wins, we make it part of the site. Fixing double shipping charges on Shopify. One geo-redirect across three Shopify stores, no app.
